There’s a lot of people mixing up info like this. The “pee tape” refers to something from the original Steele dossier that claimed he had Russian prostitutes pee on a bed that Obama had previously slept in.

Not that the details matter all that much, because it may or may not be true, and I don’t think it would change anything either way.

Write your congressmen about it; it’s the least you can do.

It depends on which data is saved and what methods are used. Maybe it was able to use a partial write. Or maybe your position was saved, but your memory wasn’t, and your mind had to fill in the blanks.
