i have tried both testosterone and estrogen (trans). Testosterone rage is definitely real and so is estrogen mood swings. It’s not like the movies though, moreso you can’t solve a puzzle so you ragequit and just are really pissed off sulking on the couch.
Same thing happens no matter the hormones but it’s WAY less common to me on E.

bar shampoo gets a no from me, I have a HORRIBLE amount of hair/skin oil (genetic) and if I don’t wash my hair for even 1 day it looks like an absolute mess.

good news is that when I’m older I’ll have absolutely glorious hair though lol
