I agree with you, but I do need to point out that for years Republicans have been screaming election interference just so when it happens against Democrats, it looks petty and not serious. I haven’t dove down the rabbit hole, but it does sound like there has been evidence suggesting maleficence.

It’s kind of a catch 22… In order to investigate potential evidence of election interference, you have to first put on the tin foil hat and believe that it was possible and worth investigating in the first place, which in itself aligns with “qanon BS”.

FWIW, approval ratings don’t matter for elected officials either. They have some meaning for a couple of months leading up to an election, sometimes.

And my needless expenditures have plummeted because I can’t shop anywhere.

I said it in a comment a while back, my brother didn’t vote, but his rhetoric leading up to and to my understanding even after the election were almost just as bad. I’ve said that at the next election, I’ll determine if we will ever talk again depending on the state of the country and the my loved ones. The only reason he has that chance is because he didn’t vote.

If any of these people decide that they were wrong and truly want to help turn shit around, I’ll accept the help, but that’s where the buck ends. We will never again have a relationship.

Everyday that passes makes it easier to justify writing out family. Gonna be some hard truths with the family I care about in the near future as various family events are getting planned. But, I don’t hang with fascists, so that’s how it goes.

Flipping the candidate 4-5 months before the election is the dumbest fucking idea. Other than the obvious legal battles and terrible optics, the logistics of getting a unified candidate and get that information out to the public before the election is impossible.

Sen Mark Warner might as well be a Republican for attacking the Dem candidate. It won’t do anything good, it will fail, and it will be used to attack Biden going forward. Being critical and shooting yourself and country in the face don’t have to be the same thing.
