    Yes that’s what I think too. People I Talk to about this to always seem to think he has some kind bigger dumber plan… like can’t you see there is zero substance to the shit he is blabbering. This man can’t even grasp all of the shit he is doing and spewing because he does not have the mental capacity to do so.
