Law is no more here in America. What a judge says doesn’t mean shit, and no one should listen to a damn thing any authority figure says. Free for all, purge, loot, rape, burn, kidnap, whatever you want, because if a judge says anything about it, there are no consequences or enforcement. Oh, wait, that’s different for me, because I’m a poor, and the rich hire a bunch of other poor to come beat the shit out of me and lock me up if I do anything that doesn’t match their ideal of a “good American”
This boils my blood, and should be making everyone want to throw rocks repeatedly at those responsible. They need to be held accountable for the complete lack of due process, and should suffer an eye for an eye punishment.
Literally the only power the courts have ever had is the executive’s decision to abide by it. “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.” so even 200 years ago there was never anything actually stopping a president to expand his power. De Tocqueville pretty said the same when he did his deep dive into American politics.
